Pain & Inflammation Release Therapy
An intensive therapeutic session designed to release deep muscular tension, reduce inflammation, and restore joint mobility. Uses trigger point therapy, cupping (optional), and targeted Marma-acupressure points to release pain and promote healing.

Chronic or acute musculoskeletal pain, arthritis, sports injury recovery, joint stiffness,
fibromyalgia, or inflammatory swelling.
Care Notes:
Integrates trigger-point and myofascial release with lymphatic drainage using
anti-inflammatory herbal oils. Hydration and gentle stretching after sessions enhance results
Recommended course
- 2 sessions per week for 2–3 weeks for acute pain
- then weekly for 4–6 weeks as tissue re-educates
- maintenance every 3–4 weeks thereafter
